    Our studio is located in Charlton, just a 1-minute walk from Charlton Station, with convenient free all-day parking for clients.

    You can book appointments directly through our website or contact us via the provided booking link. Bookings are open 8 weeks in advance.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    All services are by appointment only to ensure quality and focus on each client.

  • Do you offer mobile services?

    Yes, but mobile services are only available for select clients and require a minimum spend.

    Yes, consultations are available to discuss your hair goals, scalp health and the best options for you.

  • Can I bring my own hair/products?

    Yes, but we recommend consulting with us beforehand to ensure compatibility with the style.

  • Can i bring a guest with me?

    Guests are allowed in the waiting area but must not disrupt the session.

  • What happens if I’m late?

    We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after a service has been completed.however, we are happy to address concerns and provide touch-ups if necessary
